where are the hover styles coded

When I mouse over certain elements, like sections, repeating sections,
regions, etc., a gray dashed outline appears around that element. Where is
that style stored in Infopath? I thought it might be in the view.xsl file but
I can't seem to find the appropriate CSS... any help would be great.

These are defined in the product itself--there is no manual modification for these. Sorry.
