Where are the Office 2007 updates stored?

Are the Office 2007 updates stored with the Windows updates in

C:\windows\software\distribution\download?

I'm trying to delete Office 2007 updates which have failed to install.
When I try to download the updates again the Office updater says that I
already have the files so will not download them again.
