Where are the old certificates coming from?

Certificates from my old test CA enviroment keep showing up on my test clients.

The new correct ones are also showing up ...but are correct.

I went to every server and manually deleted the certs which are no longer
needed, but they keep showing up on my autoenrollment clients.

How do I purge these old ones?
