Where are the template files stores?

I recently received a new computer. Although I successfully transferred all
my Onenote data files over, none of my personally designed (or downloaded)
templates transferred. I can not seem to find them on my old system.

Where can I find the template files and what do I need to do to get them
into Onenote on my new system. Thanks for assistance.

Downloaded and customized templates should all be stored in C:\Documents
and Settings\{yourname}\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates.

I see the downloaded templates here but do not see my personally created
ones. I scanned the entire drive for *.one files and did not find the
stationery/template that I had been using. They aren't too difficult to
recreate but I would like to understand how OneNote works. I've started to
create more and more stationery and don't want to worry about losing them.

Any other thoughts?

Same problem for almost any calendar template on the website...
