Where are WORD, EXCEL, and PowerPoint (2003) configurations stored

I had to reinstall Windows and all the Office programmes (but have kept the
old fisk which I still can access). In my previus installation, I made
several customizations (such as adding and removing buttons). Where are
those configurations stored and can I copy specific configuration files to
the new disk in order to have WORD, EXCEL and PowerPoint behaving as they did
in my previous version.
