Where can I buy this product?????

I'm trying to buy the full standard Visio 2003. Local
stores (in Toronto) don't have it in stock. The MS web
site for Canada lists the product but there appears to be
no way to buy it from MS and no vendor listings to order
from. Do they want to sell it or not? Can anyone point
me in the right direction?
