Since multiple people can use Groove on one computer, if you leave an
account, Groove will continue to try to synchronize that account.
If you can log on to the old account, the easiest thing to do is log into
it, delete it (From the Options menu, click Preferences, click Account, and
then click Delete), and then log into Groove again to complete the Delete
operation.
If you do not know the logon information for the old account, the workaround
is to save everything you can from the current accounts, delete ALL Groove
data, and then restore what you saved. You'll lose old messages, but
everything else can be backed up and restored. For details on that, see these
