Where can I download a copy of Office 2003? New Computer

I just bought a new computer and I want to reinstall Office 2003. I bought a
copy and downloaded it from Microsoft a couple of years back with my old
computer and can not find anywhere that I can download the program now.

You cannot, legally
If you still have the old PC, hopefully you saved the installation files, if
not its lost.
If you didnt save the key, externally, you can use eg MagicJelly Bean to
reveal the key, next you would need to find someone with the exact same
version cd. Install with that using your key, and make a copy of that cd
