I have the ORIGINAL Office 2000 CDs, but in order to update the SR1 patch, I
need the data1.msi files that are NOT on my CDs. What can I do?

Hi Ana Maria,

When you're asked for a CD check in that dialog for
the name of the CD shown in the 'use feature from'
box. All Office 2000 products had a different file
named Data1.msi on CD1 of each product. You may
need, for example, CD#1 from MS Works Suite.

Also compare the name of the Office 2000 edition on
the front of the CD and in Add/Remove Programs in
the Windows Control Panel. They need to match.
