Where can I download MS Office 2003 toolbar like Office XP

Office 97/XP had a very useful toolbar which sat on the top of the screen. I
now have Office 2003 which doesn't have this feature. Any ideas where or how
to get this feature

The feature has been discontinued in favor of Windows toolbar replacements
and will not be added back in the next version either.

You can use a previous version of the Office toolbar or search this group's
archives for suggestions for third party solutions.
