Where can I download multi language pack for office 2007?

At present, the MS Office 2007 Multilanguage Pack (proofing tools and menu/help interface language changes) has not been
completed/released and we haven't seen a 'firm' date for this to occur.

Single language packs are available. The English language Office 2007 products include the French and Spanish proofing tools, but
not menu localization.

I've recently purchased the Multi Language Pack for Office 2007 as I have
customers in France however I have received the eOpen agreement and licence
key but I cannot find anywhere to download it from?

Does anyone know where to get this from?
