where can I download outlook web access 2007?

I want to use outlook for my personal Yahoo account, but if I do that I am
unable to refer to old emails on the web because they disappear from my
internet account. So I wnt to download outlook web access onto my business
laptop.

Outlook Web Access is a function of Exchange Server. You can't "download"
it.

Have you tried setting Outlook to leave a copy on the server? (In Account
Settings)

You have Exchange Server? Ask your Exchange Admin....

OWA is just web access for Exchange server. The only difference between it
and Yahoo's web access is that it looks more like Outlook than Yahoo's does.

Are you using POP3 to access yahoo mail (only available with paid accounts
for yahoo.com addresses) or do you use a tool like ypops to get it into
Outlook?

I think all this is a bit beyond me.
I will see if Gordon's tip works. I am not paying for my Yahoo account so I
assume the web access is not available to me.
When I set up the account I just entered my details in outlook under new
account settings and outlook did it for me!

If you have a Yahoo! Mail account, the free variety in the 'yahoo.com'
domain, you can only access email via the web. HTTP protocol. Web browser,
such as MS Internet Explorer. Or an HTTP-to-POP3 proxy, such as YPOPS!.

Yahoo! Mail does not run MS Exchange, rather they use a Unix based server,
for SMTP and POP3 access. But only POP3, no IMAP. So you can't use OWA
because the Yahoo! Mail server does not have OWA support.

Your account must not be in the 'yahoo.com' domain, then. Yahoo! CC domains,
such as 'yahoo.com.au', or 'yahoo.co.jp' (I have one of each) generally
still allow free account access to the SMTP and POP3 servers.

The key is, "POP3". Outlook access something like 'pop.mail.yahoo.com.au'
(for 'yahoo.com.au'), or 'pop.mail.yahoo.co.jp' (for 'yahoo.co.jp'), if you
elect to receive their monthly advertising flyer, "Yahoo! Delivers". But, if
you are accessing 'pop.mail.yahoo.*' with MS Outlook, your client will
normally delete email from the POP3 server after downloading it. That
feature can be changed in MS Outlook.

However, because Yahoo! Mail does not use MS Exchange as their mail server,
their is no way to configure MS Outlook to use OWA with the Yahoo! Mail
server.
