where can I find a "At-A-glance" calendar for appointments?

Im creating a new file so that I can easily schedule appointments for the
conference room. Currently, I use a hand held calendar that is called
At a Glance Calendar it has columns for each day and each collum has the
time of day starting at 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

please advise.

if you don't need to share it, an excel file shall make sense? (if you don't
want to mess up your own calendar), or, you could create a new outlook
profile for the meeting room's calendar.
