If you hover over the master in the Shapes window a tooltip appears. For the
preparation shape in the flowchart stencil there is a short description. For
the others there is only the standard description. If you click on "More
...." in the tooltip the "Shape Basics" help window appears. This is the
default, general help. Which is normal, as you are supposed to know the
flowchart symbols and the way of working with them is not special.
If you hover over a wall master in the Walls ... stencil, a better
description and help appears. It is not straightforward how to use a wall.
But often Visio would better tell what you cannot do instead of what you can
do.
