Where can I find a free simple rental agreement?

I am looking for a free simple month-to-month rental agreement form online
for Word 2003. I thought Microsoft Word had one, but I can't find it in my
templates or in a form that I can download from Microsoft. Any suggestions?

Is there something like a Rental Tennancy Authority in your jurisdiction.
If so, I would suggest that you contact them.
