Where can I find a sample retirement resignation letter?

I am looking either on the web or in Microsoft for a template for a
resignation letter. Not a short one, because I want to retire when I resign
from the company that I work for.

Most company personnel or human resources departments have specific forms
that they require for retirement or resignation. I retired from a major
corporation and no letter of resignation was needed, just notifying the HR
department and filling out the forms they provided.

If you have need of such a letter for other purposes, continue your search.
You'll have better luck elsewhere, as has already been explained.
