Where can I find a translator to import from Excel to Outlook 200.

I am trying to import address databases from Excel to Outlook. Each time I
attempt it, Outlook asks if I want to have the proper translator installed.
Each time I tell it to do so I get an error message which says "Microsoft
Office Outlook cannot start the required translator. The feature is not
available." Where is this feature and what do I need to do to install it and
import the Excel databases?
