Where can I find the Employee ORM source sample file for Visio?

I am trying to follow one of Terry Halpin's tutorials for ORM. In order to
follow along I need the Employee ORM source sample file. I can't find it on
my system. Does anyone know where I can find it?

It was in the vs2003 install. It's in the source directory

x:\english\vs.net2003\visio\program files\microsoft
office\visio10\1033\samples\database
