Where Can I find the Planning and Deployment Tools?!

Hi

I have installed a simple Project Server 2003 for evaluation purposes. From Project Web Access, Admin tab, the last Item is entitled "Implement Project in the enterprise" and mentions a "Planning and Deployment Tool" that provides "a complete framework for designing, implementing, and rolling out Microsoft Office Project Professional 2003, Microsoft Office Project Server 2003, and Microsoft Office Project Web Access 2003 in an enterprise. It includes:
* a complete project plan
* instructions for researching your organization's needs
* instructions for implementing Project's and Project Web Access's enterprise features to meet your organizations needs
* spreadsheets, checklists, and other tools for recording research and the specifics of your implementatio

To download the planning and deployment tools, click this link (http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=5897) and follow the instructions that appear on the screen.

It also provides a hyperlink to MS Download site. However, the document does not exist and a search of Microsoft site does not find it either

This would be a great tool. Has anyone successfully located this

I guess the application may need to be modified to point to the correct document. It was in the appendix of one of Project Server documentations.

It is important to note that the download you pointed to is a BETA of
the planning and design toolkit. It is not the final version.

The final version should be out shortly.
