Where can I get a "custom" dictionary for Word 2004, Mac?

When "spell checking" a document I can not add unknown words to the
dictionary. It is my understanding that a "custom" dictionary must be
installed. Is this correct? If so, where can I get a custom
dictionary to import into Word 2004 for Mac?

You just have to create or activate one. See Help for "activate and use a
custom dictionary" and/or "create a new custom dictionary", the directions
are passable, I think.
