WHERE CAN I GET A DOWNLOAD FOR SPEECH RECOGNITION FOR VISTA

I have a new computer with windows vista, I just downloaded windows 2007, can
you tell me where to get a download for speech recognition. My computer seems
to have something on it but I dont know how to make it work. I have a huge
amount of typing for school and would love to be able to speak it into my
word documents
