Where can I get a replacement for my Publisher 2000 CD?

I've been using my Publisher 2000 disk for years and suddenly today my CD
drive shattered it. How can I get a replacement for it? If I upgrade to a
Publisher 2003 version, will it work on my Windows 98 program?
