this is an Exchange Server scripting file.
Look in Tools | Options | Other tab | Advanced Options | Add-in Manager and
disable it.
Help | About Microsoft Office Outlook | Disabled Items might show it as
disabled in the current session.
Thanks for the quick response. I tried what you suggested, but it kept
hanging up after I clicked on Tools. Then, I noticed that it was still
Office 97 - so after some trial and error, received message to activate 2003
- did so, redid my shortcuts, and all is well. Again, thanks for the help.
