Where can I get Latin spelling and grammar tools?

I

Ioel

Are there any spelling and grammar tools available for the Latin language?
If not, where can I learn how to create my own?

I meant specificially spelling and grammar tools for MS Office, like those
you can get for other languages in the MS Proofing Tools, which lacks Latin.

That is because Latin is a "Dead" language. Office proofing tools includes languages currently spoken.

So, then is there an API with which I can create my own? As for the
spelling, I could simply fill .dic files with all the words and inflections,
but on the Proofing Tools website it indicates that it does some more
sophisticated things than that, such as using special algorithms for highly
inflected languages. If there is an API available for C++, C#, or VB, I'd be
interesting in playing around with it.

Check MSDN for any such tools.
