where can i make flashcards

I thought I saw this program used in a flashcard format. But I can not find
how to do it.

There's a flashcard applet in the Tablet PC Experience Pack, if I recall
correctly.

Education Pack for Tablet PC here:

for the English-based versions of Tablet PCs. You were close!
