Where can I receive support to solve my problem?

I am running Windows XP for Home & Office 2003 Professional. I have been
unable to use any Office product for the last few days as a pop up message
appears in each one stating "The spelling and grammar check is complete." and
continuously repeats itself. The only way to exit is to End Task. I have
paid for tech support with McAfee and he has determined it is a Microsoft
Office problem instead of a virus/malware/worm/etc. problem. I have tried
Repair as well as Reinstall. I have even tried uninstall and reinstall. I
still have the problem. Can anyone suggest who I should talk to? I am
unable to send email so I can only post on these forums or possibly call. I
live in Western Australia so I am aware of the time difference but will
compensate if there is anyone I can talk to. Thank you.

If I were you, I would get rid of the Office registry key and reinstall
Office. How to do that is another story. If you have Yahoo Instant
Messenger, I am vbaexpresser, and would be willing to walk you through this.
I am East Coast US.
