Where could I get a sample/template 03 or 07 database for Dressmak

I am looking for a sample/template for a home based dress making small
bussiness, making wedding,fancy dresses and baby clothes. Would like to
include a catalog for items made, customers and suppliers. Will develop more
but would like a starting point.

Yours is an application that is simple but which must be customized to your
requirements. Asking for a "template" rather than help is probably a
mistake.
