Hi Imh,

You can add the Dissassemble Picture command to the Quick Access Toolbar (it's not in the ribbon).

Office Button=>Word Options=>Customize (Alt, T, O, C)
select the 'All commands' category and scroll down to
'Dissassemble picture'.
