Where Do Categories Live?

Good people. Since you have been so helpful solving my import my
contacts to Outlook problem, I now have another. Where is the list of
categories that I built with my previous computer in Outlook, and how
do I import THOSE to the new computer?

What kind of dialing rules? Have you tried performing
a search on Slipstick for Dialing?

The rules that one sets up for using area codes, 1010 numbers, and
foreign dialing. A search of "Dialing Rules" at Slipstick yields no
matches. Sure is a great site however.
