Where do i assing resources to the tasks of a project in PWA

Hi,
just wantd to ask, i built team and created Resource plan in PWA for a
project.
Is it a good practice to go to Professional and add resources to tasks there
and then by publishing can view the same in PWA

or I wanted to know if we can add resources to the tasks of the project in
PWA itself, where do i go and do that.
Please help

In PWA, Resources can be assigned to tasks for proposals and activity
plans only. Not for 'real' project plans. Proposals can be converted
into projects.
For your project schedules, you should open your plan in Project
Professional to assign the resources to tasks.
