Where do I download IME for office 2003, or there is'nt any?

I have been searching for 2 days and have not been able to locate the
download site for IMEs for office 2003. I am beginning to suspect that I have
to purchase the proofing tools, am I right?

Someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that they are only
available to Volume or Open Licence customers (or am I getting confused with
the MUI?)

Hi Henry,

Windows XP has built in support for installing multiple languges.
Office 2003 does not provide a separate base IME.

Check with the folks in the Word International Features group
for more information on setup and use (link below)
