Where do I Download SafetyBar, a toolbar for Outlook?

steps to protect from identity theft:

I was told by PayPal to Download the SafetyBar, a toolbar for Outlook and
Outlook Express, which identifies known spoof emails.

Can't find the toolbar anywhere. Can someone provide me with a link where I
can download it?

I don't know anything about this particular toolbar, but a) if you keep your
computer updated, and practice safe hex, you shouldn't need anything to do
this for you and b) I'd be suspicious of anything I was told by PayPal
unless I saw it on their website, in which case I'd suspect it to include a
link. where I could download it. At any rate, this isn't really an Outlook
question. Have you tried Google?

Yes. I found my answer. Ben found the link on Google and posted it to this
discussion. I downloaded and everything seems to work fine. One can never
have too much security, especially with identify theft growing.
