Where do I download the Viewer?

All the links I've tried for downloading the free Power
Point Viewer have been discontinued except for an older
one I got from SOU, but when I tried to install it I got
several error messages. I am running XP so perhaps the
older '97 Viewer is not compatible? Where do I get a
viewer that is compatible with XP?
