Where do I find graphics files from FrontPage themes?

I am trying to create a customized theme. I'd like to do this by using
graphic elements (gif files) from some of the pre-existing themes. I select
my theme and choose Customize..., Modify Graphics, Picture. When I click
Browse, FrontPage opens the themes file for my website, rather than a folder
containing FrontPage theme elements. I've looked in Documents and
settings\Owner\Application Data\Microsoft\Themes, but I can only find
Microsoft Office Themes Files, not individual graphics.

Thank you.

The themes are packed in a .elm file
