Where do I find Jet4 driver for 2003 on Viesta?

Office 2003 Loads fine on Viesta. Access appears to, but when then trying to
open file or create one, you get this, error "an error has occurred and this
feature is no longer functioning properly. Would you like to repair it now".
Taking the repair, it installs components, but then loops. I have tried it
on two different versions of Office 2003. I did see where that is identified
as a problem with Xp and there is a fix. But that fix won't load on Viesta.
It mentions Jet 4 issue, what ever that is.

In order for it to work correctly you need to set your MSAccess.EXE file (not
the mdb file) to RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR. I have 2000, 2003, and 2007 on my
desktop and they all work fine, but unless the MSAccess.EXE file is set to
RAA then it will not work.
