where do i find microsoft exchange server on my pc

i have microsoft outlook on my pc- i usually use msn as my email-
so how do i go about using outlook and creating a new email address- its
saying i can use a http or a microsoft exchange or pop3 or imap
so i thought i could use the microsoft exchange but its asking me to go to
my system administrator - but i dont really know what am doing so there for
am flaffing about with it- i did manage to get outlook to send a message to
my msn - but it was from the same address i user for msn - pass am stumped

Exchange server is a corporate Mail server so unless you paid a large sum of
money then you don't have it.

Contact your ISP or mail admin for your account type and server details.
