where do I find sku1e3.cab?

when I try to update the junk e-mail filter, it fails saying it can't find
this file.

Is this the first time this happens? Have you updated to Office 2003 SP1? If
this is your first update then this may be caused by corruption of your Local
Installation Source (LIS). Please check out these KB articles and see if they
