Where do I find the "empty bullet" in Word 2007?

I'm going Insert, Symbols, More Symbols, and I don't see it anywhere. the
only thing I see that is close is the "DECREE" symbol and that is way too
small. I see a lot of kids use the "empty bullet" for note-taking purposes.
