Where do I find the equation shortcuts such as superscript in Word

I know there is a list of 'math autocorrect symbols' in the help but it is
not exaustive. For instance CTRL + _ is subscript and CTRL + ^ is
superscript. Are there typeable shortcuts for matrices and other structures?

I assume from your mention of 'math autocorrect' that you have Word 2007...

Go to Office button > Word Options > Proofing > AutoCorrect Options > Math
AutoCorrect. Everything is in that list, in which you can also add, modify,
or delete entries.
