Where do I find the macro for the insert address buton in WORD 03

In word 2000/2 to find the text or macro for inserting the adress using the
button on the file bar of WORD.

When I click the insert address button all I get are the following..
Carl Forster
6/a Vigor Brown Street
Napier, HB 4001
New Zealand

I would also like to include the phone and e-mail lines....

Under 2000/2 there was a text that worked with this button..
<PR_DISPLAY_NAME>
<PR_COMPANY_NAME>
<PR_STREET_ADDRESS>
<PR_LOCALITY>
<PR_OFFICE_TELEPHONE_NUMBER>
<PR_BUSINESS_FAX_NUMBER>
<PR_EMAIL_ADDRESS>

I cannot find any information to get this option to work with MS WORD 2003.

Any Suggestions or Answers.

The AddressLayout AutoText entry works in any version of Word.

Thank you very much.

I was close but not close enough.

Is it possiable to insert a text the a field eg: "Dear " {<PRPR_Given_name>}

or how is text handled in these AUTOTEXT entries ??
