Where do I find the open envelope icon used on the Navigation Pane

So I've been upgraded to using Office 2003, and don't have access to an
Office 2000 or XP CD to install the Office Shortcut Bar. I'm using a task
bar on the left side of my screen (always on top and autohide) to replace the
OSB. I've added shortcuts for new mail, appointments, tasks, etc, but I'd
like to use the opened envelope icon that appears on the mail tab on the
Navigation Pane instead of the closed envelope found in
%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\FORMS\1033\IPML.ICO. Does anyone
know where the icon is stored?
