The quickest ways are to double-click a spot on the horizontal ruler, or to
use the same shortcut that worked in earlier versions: Press and release
Alt+o, then press t. (The old menu was Format > Tabs.)
The other way is to open the Paragraph dialog (it's on the right-click menu)
and click the Tabs button in the bottom left corner. Don't do this unless
you have at least Service Pack 1 applied to Office 2007; there was a bad bug
in that pathway in the first release. The bug didn't affect the direct paths
using the ruler or shortcut keys.
