Where do i find them

i upgraded from Windows ME to Windows XP, and my contacts are missing, do
you know where to find them? they are also missing in Outlook Express.

You've left out a lot of information.
You maintain that you upgraded only your operating system and nothing else?
Now your Outlook Contacts Folder is completely empty and you got no error
messages whatsoever when you opened Outlook and made to configuration
changes to Outlook?
What version of Outlook?
