Where do I find Tools menu?

I don't have Power Point and want my Microsoft Office Suite updated to
include it. Instructions to Office Update shows Active XControl failed to
load. Trying to follow instructions but cannon locate the Tools menu.

You have to purchase PowerPoint software. It's not available via Office
Update.
