I'm new at this so please bare with me and keep thing in simple terms. I
just bought 2007 Office Professional Upgrade for my 2003 system, put the #1
installation disc in and everything seemed fine until (5) or so dots from
completion. An error msseage came up looking for file SKU011.CAB, not found
on disc, verify it's there to complete the installation. I figured if the
computer didn't see it on the disc I'm pretty sure it aint there. I checked
anyway and guess what, it wasn't. I went to a Microsoft blog and Google
which said check the 2003 version, I did and it wasn't there either.
So where can I find this file and where do I put it when I get it so the
installation program can locate it. And the biggest question, is this an
easy fix? According to what I've been reading, seems this is a common
problem with this upgrade.
