Where do I get 'PROPLUS.MSI' installation package?

I'm having problems downloading Office XP Service Pack 3. I keep getting an
error message at step 4 of 5 on the Office Update Installation Wizard that
says "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is
unavailable. Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder
containing the installation package 'PROPLUS.MSI' in the box below." I've
searched for the folder 'PROPLUS.MSI' and it's not on my computer. Where do
I get it? Do I really need this Office XP Service Pack 3 when I'm using
Office 2000 not XP?

Proplus.msi is part of the Volume License (non-retail)
only Edition of Microsoft Office XP Professional + Front Page.
Check in Add/Remove Programs in the Windows Control Panel
to see if it shows that edition as being installed on
your computer. If so then you'd need the matching CD.
The file is not moved from the CD or network install
point during installation of MS Office XP (2002 series apps).
