Where do I get the swivel command for custom emphasis effects in .

I want to have a swivel effect added to my powerpoint presentation slide.
When I try to access the emphasis comands there is no swivel effect listed
in the custom commands drop down list. How do I get this effect to add to my
version of powerpoint (2002).
