Where do I get Visio DB & Entity Relationship diagram templates?

I have MS Visio 2003 Standard & most of the templates in it.
But I am not getting templates for database diagrams and Entity Relationship
diagrams. I tried searching on MS Office - Visio page also
(http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/FX100595491033.aspx?pid=CL100632981033), but did not find anything.
Please help.

The Database modelling features are only available in the Professional
version, not Standard, I'm afraid. Check out this comparison link:

So you can either upgrade or there might be some 3rd party products
available. Have a look at these two:
