Where do I go to download Office?

I purchased Office Home and Student on line and attempted to download. My
trial subscription is still in effect. The download never indicated that it
was complete and I cannot find it in my programs so I am concerned that it
did not download properly.

Where do I go to attempt to re-download the program using my Product Key ?

From the place you purchase it from, Digital River perhaps

You uninstall any trial prior to installing your purchased version

He/she should have an email with the Product Key and the download link in
it. Digital River is a PITA. They take your money and host the download,
but unless you pay for extended download they promptly forget who you are.
I had a problem with German Language Pack download from Digital River, and
their web site said my order number didn't exist, no record of my email
address, etc. An email to the following address straightened things out
right away.

Microsoft Office Online Store

FWIW I believe Digital River is the solely US based download operator, in
the EU I believe its Arato Distribution GmBH, elswhere who knows.

That's probably right. If you have a customer service link that works in
any other country it would be useful to post it. I found the link below on
the Office web site, but it took some poking around. The Microsoft links
are country-specific too.

Thank you very much for the help. Another respondent told me that I have to
uninstall the trial version first and then download.

Downloading the program is one thing. Pay attention to where the file is
downloaded and make a backup copy. You should definitely uninstall any
trial version before installing the download. That is another thing.
