where do i ope PHStat in excel

i have installed PHStat for excel on my computer, but i dont know where to
open it once ive opened excel. i have office 2003 so any help would be great,

First choose Tools | Add-Ins. It should be listed, and be sure there's a
check mark. Then a PHStat item should appear on the menu.

If you have phstat and excel on the desktop, you can drag phstat onto the
excel icon and it will open.
